Is the Constitution Dead?

Is the Constitution dead? No, but people seem to think it doesn't matter any more, and that is causing the downfall of this once great nation. Even if society was different when the Constitution was drafted, the principles of liberty and limited government it espoused are still valid today. Our politicians and media have become so blinded by greed that they no longer care about the Constitution, or the American people they are supposed to be serving (this includes both political parties). The people themselves have been led astray by the media, and now they no longer care about the overthrow of hte Constitution and the decline of America. We need to drop our apathy, and wake up before the United States is completely extinct.
Here is a blog post that explains in more detail the Rise and fall of America:

Poverty???

Poverty is not such a major “problem” in the U.S. as it is a major excuse for the Democrats to shove socialism down our throats. The “official poverty line” of $23,350 , doesn't include all the government handouts like welfare, food stamps, and free housing, which makes the “poor” actually richer than the “middle class”. Stealing from the rich in the form of “adequate taxes” is Communism, and destroys the American dream. Why should I work hard and try to better myself when I know the government will just take everything anyway, to give it to some fat, shiftless bum? Welfare and other public assistance programs are not a temporary “safety net”, but a punishment for hard work and entrepreneurship and a reward for laziness and indigence.

Overhaul the Legal System

One way to restore the economy and American liberty is to completely overhaul the legal and get rid of all the crooked judges and lawyers. Most lawsuits need to be eliminated and people need to start taking responsibility for their actions. Certainly no criminal should ever be allowed to sue their victims if they get injured while committing a crime. That is totally anti-American and any judge that is so inhuman and allows such insanity in court deserves to be executed by a Communist firing squad. Insurance and legal costs drive up the prices of everything so that we all pay for the selfishness of a few. And how can we have any freedom when our lives and fortunes are dependent on the whims of criminals, unelected judges, and lawyers?

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas to everybody. I know it's not politically correct to say that any more, but at least we still have some semblance of freedom of speech and I know I won't go to jail for saying it. We all have to have the courage to be politically incorrect and stand up for our rights.

The Courage to be Free

The Courage to be Free is an excellent book by Charlton Heston, one of the greatest actors and greatest Americans who ever lived. It is a must read for all patriotic Americans. Charlton Heston describes the cultural and political war being waged against American freedom, and provides practical solutions for the average citizen. I am thrilled to have added it to my book collection. If you would like a copy, you can get it from the NRA store here, or you can get it from Amazon (see the link on the right).

Occupy Wall Street

Occupy Wall Street on the surface might appear to be a good cause, a protest against corporate greed and big money controlling the government. But there is a lot wrong with the movement. For one thing, far less than 99% of the people pay taxes. What about all the people who live on welfare and otehr government handouts, who benefit from our taxes without contributing? That's a much higher percentage than 1%. But the protestors actually want to increase the percentage, at the expense of the 1%. Class warfare is a Communist ploy, and the OWS protests have definite Communist undertones, whether intentional or not. Communists have always used "the people" to help them get total control, and then the very ones who were supposed to benefit from "redistributing the wealth" find out that in the end, there is no "people," but only the omnipotent "state." Wake up, America, before it's too late!
